Returns, cancelations and refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you received damaged stock. You may also return goods on a “Sale-Or-Return” basis. This means you may return goods which are unused for a full credit. You may apply for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

Please note that: 

A proof of purchase must be emailed to service@cellarhut.co.za

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. 

No Broken 6-packs.  Goods which are provided in sealed 6-packs – such as beers and cold drinks, for example – need to be returned in their original 6 pack packaging. We do not accept for credit any “loose” cans or bottles that were supplied as sealed 6-packs.

No damaged goods: Any goods with damaged labels or original packaging cannot be returned for credit. All returned items must be in its original packaging (no damaged labels, broken 6-packs, open seals) with all original tags and labels attached.

No returns on fresh fruit juice, ice etc. . . .

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Returns shipping cost will be the same as the shipping costs paid for delivery.  A refunds credit will be given to be used either on-line or in-store.

Refunds may take up to 1 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
